Around the World in 80 Minutes...or So

For the past six months, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Drama Club has been rehearsing for their next big variety show "Around the World in 80 Minutes…or So", which features singing, dancing & skits from 14 different countries to be held on Saturday March 13th at 7:00  p.m. and Sunday, March 14th at 2:00  p.m.

Headed by Father Kevin and directed by Janice Kelley, auditioning began back in November and rehearsals have been conducted since that time. The variety show lasts about 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission and will be held in Father Stegeman Hall on the church grounds located at the corner of Hwy 41 and Hwy 40, 5 miles north of downtown Dunnellon.

Tickets are now available for sale in the church office for a donation of $10.00. Get your tickets early, as each year the attendance has continually grown. For information, call the church office at 489-3166 between 9:00  a.m. and 4:00  p.m.
